HP Warden 2018-

The AA’s Hooke Park campus blends camping, hi-tech workshops and design studio within a 350 acre working woodland. Arriving in 2014 as a student, 5 years on I have taken on management and direction of the campus – leading a diverse staff that includes architects, craftspeople, designers, engineers, roboteers, a forester and more. Working closely with school director Eva Franch and departments, tutors and students across the school I am responsible for heading the continued development of the estate as a unique academic facility, public resource, and site of leading architectural research.

In parallel, I am a lecturer and primary studio tutor to the MArch/MSc Design + Make programme, advise visiting programmes from our London campus, and am involved in establishing and running a range of AA Visiting Schools such as the Hooke Park Build programme which each year sees an international group of participants travel to Hooke to assist in a phase of intense physical production on active build projects.

Follow our antics in the woods @hookepark!
