Pairs 02

Pairs is a student-led journal at the Harvard GSD dedicated to conversations about design that are down to earth and unguarded. Each issue is conceptualized by an editorial team that proposes guests and objects to be in dialogue with one another.

In early 2021 I was asked to join David Foster, director of the Harvard Forest since 1990, in a conversation hosted by Pairs editor Kimberley Huggins. In ‘Hemlock Rings and Tree Forks’, we compared notes on time spent working and researching close to forests.
